It’s that time of the year again when Fashion Week starts in the fashion capitals across the world. It’s New York Fashion Week right now but before the fashionistas and new collections take over Europe there are these events planned and hosted by the most famous and influential magazine Vogue. The Fashion’s Night Out takes place in different countries and cities such as London, Berlin and also Düsseldorf. Friday evening my friend picked me up from work and after dinner in the sunshine we made our way to the Rhine before getting into the fashion madness around Königsallee. I love those late summer evenings in Düsseldorf when everybody is sitting in one of the bars enjoying their evening.
For those of you who can’t imagine what this evening has to offer here’s a short explanation: Vogue celebrates fashion every year and on that day in a certain city most shops are open until midnight and have some exclusive offers and discounts. There’s music, there are DJs, prize draws, photobooths etc.
Now get an impression of Vogue Fashion’s Night Out 2015 in Düsseldorf…
First of all we went to the store of my favourite designer of all time….Mr. Karl Lagerfeld. Read here what I bought in his store in Paris earlier this year.

The even offered fruity water in Tiffany-blue cups. So cool!
After seeing all those sparkly diamonds we went to “Breuninger” which is a department store that only sells designer clothes and has make-up counters from MAC etc.
And then I had my first red carpet moment…well kind of 😉
