Hey guys!

I have written my exam yesterday so now I finally have time to upload my photos from Paris 🙂 Studying on the side is a lot of work because I have to spend most of my free time on the weekends to write a seminar paper or study for an exam. Nevertheless I love studying “International Management” because that’s exactly what I like. And after that I would really like to work abroad…preferably in London or Los Angeles of course!

As I told you here on my blog and on Twitter I spent a weekend in Paris. When we arrived the weather seemed to be all right but that changed quickly. When we left the hotel it started raining cats and dogs. We truly believed that this was just for a moment or for a couple of hours at the most but we were wrong – it rained the first two days of our 3-day-weekend in Paris. Surely I love Paris a lot more when the sun is shining but we took our umbrellas and made our way to the city centre. Never let rain keep you from exploring a wonderful city such a Paris.

Our first stop was the city hall of Paris. There was still an ice rink at the end of February and the horrendous crime of Charlie Hebdo was still present. PARIS EST CHARLIE.

Afterwards we went to see the typical Parisian sights like Notre Dame and the Opera.

And never forget to visit Place Vendôme to do some window shopping at CHANEL.

When you spend a weekend in Paris seeing the Eiffel Tower is a must! Also, Place de la Concorde is a beautiful place to visit. You can even get a snap with the Egyptian obelisk and the Eiffel Tower together in one photograph.

But let me tell you one thing: Seeing Paris by night is one of my favourite things ever! Take a stroll along the River Seine and enjoy the beautiful view.

Stay tuned for a post of our last day in Paris which was a lot sunnier and warmer. We took a stroll along the river to enjoy the last hours in Paris before heading back home to Germany.

Have you ever been to Paris? What did you do? Let me know in the comments or tweet me.

xx
