Hollywood and Paris Hilton just belong together. Speaking of Hollywood and celebrities It-Girl Paris Hilton just has to be part of it. One day, when in Los Angeles, my mum and my sister were walking down Hollywood Boulevard when suddenly we saw cameras flashing and people screaming in a narrow side street. We instantly knew that there must be a celebrity so we went there as fast as possible to get a sneak peak of what was happening. It felt like a Hollywood movie scene with all the paparazzi and fans screaming “Paris! Paris! Paaaris!”. There she was…Paris Hilton. She was at the back entrance of the Jimmy Kimmel studio as she was invited as a guest for that night. By pure coincidence we became part of a Hollywood scene. A moment which is probably normal and nothing spectacular for Angelenos because there are constantly occasions where you can spot celebrities. Back entrances of TV studios are just one option but you can also spot celebrities at the red carpets of award shows, such as the Academy Award Show (known as the Oscars) which take place in Los Angeles on a regular basis or in exclusive restaurants, bars or beaches (you can read my blog post about celebrity spotting in LA’s restaurants here). The LA area is literally a paradise for paparazzi! I remember that when I was in Los Angeles you could see paparazzi everywhere. They were waiting in front of the celebrities’ houses, popular restaurants or places like Farmers Market, Runyon Canyon or The Grove. This was a one-of-a-kind Hollywood moment for me that I will never forget. As I said, we met her by pure coincidence but if you want to get a good chance to meet a celebrity make sure to check the celebrity interview dates for shows like The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon or The Ellen Show.
